When submitting a feature request, please describe the problem you're trying to solve and how the new feature would help. Include specific examples or use cases if possible.

🐛 Bug Reports

Found something that isn't working correctly? Bug reports are critical for helping us maintain the quality and reliability of UtilsBuddy. When you report a bug, please provide as much detail as possible: What were you trying to do? What did you expect to happen? What actually happened? Include your browser and operating system information if relevant. The more details you provide, the faster we can identify and fix the issue.

Need help using one of our tools? Have a question about how something works? Our support team is here to help. Whether you're having trouble with a specific tool or need guidance on using UtilsBuddy, we're happy to assist.

How We Process Your Request

Every request submitted through this form is reviewed by our team. Here's what happens after you submit:

  1. Receipt & Review: Your request is logged and reviewed by our team within 1-2 business days.
  2. Categorization: We categorize your request (feature, bug, or support) and assess its impact and priority.
  3. Response: We'll respond to your request via email with next steps or acknowledgment.
  4. Implementation: For feature requests and bug fixes, we add them to our development roadmap and work on them based on priority and feasibility.
  5. Updates: You'll see improvements roll out in future updates to UtilsBuddy.

Tips for Effective Requests

  • Be Clear & Specific: The clearer your request, the easier it is for us to understand and act on it.
  • For Feature Requests: Explain the problem you're solving and why you think this feature is needed. Include examples of similar tools if relevant.
  • For Bug Reports: Provide step-by-step reproduction instructions. Tell us your browser, OS, and any error messages you see.
  • For Support: Describe what you're trying to accomplish and any issues you're encountering.
  • One Request at a Time: If you have multiple requests, please submit them separately so we can track them effectively.
  • Include Your Email: Make sure your email address is correct so we can respond to you directly.

Response Timeline

We aim to respond to all requests within 5-7 business days. For critical bugs or urgent support requests, we may prioritize them and respond sooner. If you report a critical security issue, please reach out to us directly at support@utilsbuddy.com for immediate attention.
